8. Acceptable Use Policy

• Revealing your account details.

Failing to adhere to this policy could trigger quick account cancellation without refunds.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, CastoFlex TV neither hosts nor creates content. Instead, we offer access to existing streams found on the internet. It is the User's duty to verify compliance with copyright laws relevant to their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered on an 'as is' basis, with no warranties implied. We cannot ensure 100% uptime or that all channels will be accessible at all times. CastoFlex TV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may occur from using or failing to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to end or pause your account at any moment, without prior notification, for actions that breach these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or fellow users.
